A MemoryI'm not a nostalgic creature. Anyone that knew anything whatsoever about me could tell you that right away. But they say there's an exception to every rule, right? I don't really know what started me down the way to memory lane, unless it was the fact I'd consumed enough alcohol that would have probably murdered a human three times over. Vampires happen to have a much higher tolerance for the stuff then mortals, lucky for me, because I happen to enjoy it perhaps a little too much. That though, hadn't really been a concern for me. I consume and do simply what I like and thA Memory

Toby's POVLoser. So many definitions, a versiatile word, no? Well, I believed I had found a perfect subject to describe the very epitomy of that term. Namely, me. My name is Toby, and that is exactly what I am. I could never do anything right-always disappointing my father because I was not the 'perfect little athlete' he wanted me to be. I am a clumsy kid whom can't make a shot in basketball if my life depended on it, can't hit a baseball for beans, and my running simply isn't up to par either. The one thing I can do fairly well is play the guitar-my dad says it wiToby's POV

Musings of a Fallen KingFourteen years. Where had the time gone? For some, such a span of time would go fast, like a heartbeat, and it's gone. Many parents would agree that this span of time, and even longer then this, went by like a blink of the eyes. For others, it seemed like an eternity. One of those such individuals was a certain someone that was watching..forever watching.. What were those mismatched eyes watching? Mostly the progression of two people's lives as they grew up. What people one might ask..? A certain girl, though now a woman in most respects, girl named Sarah, though the focus had been lifted off her for quite some time..ever since he'd last starMusings of a Fallen King

Chapter One-A Little Sidekick?{Chapter one- A Small Sidekick?}Chapter One-A Little Sidekick?
Eleven years had passed since all of those tragic events had transpired. Sabieral Mordrid Thorinson, which was now the name this young man went by, since he’d been told his real Father had passed away and the dark Wizard had been ‘good’ enough to take him in, he figured the least he could do was take the name of his adoptive patron everywhere he went, had been sent on a mission by Mordrid, which he often was. The mission consisted of taking out a small town’s troops so the wizard could easily overtake the town and claim its riches as his own.&nbs

Emerald FaithIt hangs on the window latch, the beads catching the sunlight. I wake to it every morning as it rests against the glass of the window above our bed. I have carried it with me through many parts of my life, it is as much of me as is the man I share my bed with. It reminds me every day of the faith I've lost, and every day it reminds me of all I've gained because of it.Emerald Faith
It hung from the rear view mirror of our van. Swinging with the movements of the worn-out suspension of the black box on wheels we called home, in time with the music we were always playing too loudly. We would kiss it for luck before each major trip, and each night
